The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) made a significant step in advancing the Capacity Building for Results (CBR) program. On July 17, 2016, the MRRD began oral examination from the candidates competing for the directors' positions within the provincial Directorates of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (Grade 2).
The oral examination process for 34 provinces of the country lasted approximately a week. During this process, the applicants answered the questions raised by the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development H.E. Eng. Nasir Ahmad Durrani and Deputy Minister for Administration and Finance of the MRRD, Eng. Atiqullah Khawasi.
Directors of Human Resources, Monitoring and Evaluation and representatives of Independent Administrative Reform & Civil Service Commission were also included in the examination panel.
Attended by 74 applicants the examination process ended this afternoon at the MRRD.
