Commanders among 9 rebels eliminated



Nine militants, including two commanders, have been killed in different security incidents in Ghazni and Kandahar provinces, officials said.Nazifullah Sultani, a spokesperson for the 203rd Thunder Military Corps in Ghazni.

Said one rebel commander was killed along with six associates and four others injured during a three hours clash in Gilan district. He said two vehicles of the fighters were also destroyed.
