The Afghanistan under 16s national football team left for Oman to participate in a number of practice matches ahead of the Central Asian Cup.
The Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) said Sunday that the Afghan U16s have participated in a number of practice matches on domestic level.
According to AFF, the Afghan U16s left for Oman this morning to start a six-day training camp and play two friendship matches with the U16s of Oman.
The Afghanistan Football Federation said the Afghan U16s will leave for Uzbekistan after completing their training and friendship matches against Oman.
A statement by AFF states that the Afghan U16s will appear against Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan in Central Asian Cup on 22nd, 24th, and 26th June.
The matches will be organized in Tashkent the capital city of Uzbekistan, the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) added.
